This Kansas State Art Print is the perfect gift for any Kansas native, or for anyone you are missing that calls this beautiful state "home. This unique map art depicts the Konza Prairie, part of the gorgeous Flint Hills of Eastern Kansas.
Kansas holds a very dear place in my heart since most of my relatives live there- in Topeka, Wichita, Ottawa, Lawrence and Kansas City. My grandfather, who was an artist, loved the Flint Hills, and he is the reason I became an artist.
This piece is part of a very large series of watercolor state art, including all 50 states and some of the major cities from each- a few of the others are shown here in this listing. It has been a really fun, and challenging, way to "color between the lines"!
You print will be shipped to you via USPS in a sturdy white mailer. It will be and signed in pencil, and placed in a cello sleeve for protection.
